What an amazing service from the engineers who swapped our old condemned boiler for a new Combi Boiler. It was really quick and they left my house neat and tidy and with a full run through of the new boiler and controls.Such a professional and friendly service and even from the beginning when deciding on the boiler type and finding one that suited our budget, I just felt that they were on my side and did not push a sale.Communication by phone and email were great which gave me confidence that they were a well run company.Great service and will continue to use for our annual maintenance.

As a landlord I’ve used Heatsafe Heating for a few years now for Gas Safety checks, boiler servicing, problems with the heating systems in a few flats and for replacement boilers. I am delighted with the professional service they provide, not only from their engineers but also from their office manager who even sends me boiler service reminders!
